Victim of Circumstance (part 3)

Hello again – how is it going with your personal “I am….” statement? Results may be instant or it may take a while before you will see changes in your outlook, changes in how you feel when you repeat this statement, and changes in how others respond to you. It may also be that there are beliefs and things in the way that keep getting “poked” and stirred up with this statement of intention. That’s normal and only a sign that it’s indeed “working”. These statements will bring energetic changes, especially when the focus is held for half an hour or longer on feeling the way you decided you want to feel from here on out.

So what do we do when say a day starts out resonably well, the practice gets more firm, the intention becomes more habitual, and Bam! – something pops up. It may be as simple as a seeming dip into old thought patterns combined with the associated well known emotional states. When that happens, I’m almost certain it will trigger that intricately ingrained reaction of fighting the contrast away, sometimes by desperately trying to hang on to the new statments – or giving up altogether declaring that these “affirmation things” (I prefer to call them deliberate intentions) are just not your cup of tea. Either way is fine. Both ways will cause you to be sucked back into the old groove that is trying to show up so that you could work through it. Over time, you will begin to recognize these contrasts for what they are. Your response is where the freedom to choose comes in. I suggest to find back to step 1. Embrace whatever it is that is bugging you – acceptance is the key, the beginning of the lowering of resistance. Accept that this pattern has shown up. Then when the relief sets in through acceptance, choose the feeling which you have already determined you want to feel. If you want proof that this really works, I suggest you just don’t give up. This is where the stubbornness I mentioned previously comes in for real! – I add to the acceptance a bit of appreciation that my “I am”- intention has actually had a result. Not the one I thought I’d have, but surely it has brought me on the path of least resistance (get the gist?) to where I need to be so that my intention can become more and more engrained.

I can’t foresee all the potential patterns of previous resistance that could appear. I bet you will find that if they appear on your journey, they are often quite familiar, well trained beliefs. Sometimes however, they are wonderful gifts in form of aha-moments. Epiphanies of the less fluffy kind, that do however bring beautiful clarity as to why you have been experiencing the contrasts the way you did. Anyway – the steps are easy, the process is ongoing, the path is individual and you’re already on it!

When in doubt, step 1 – Acceptance.

When comfortable there, step 2 – Get clear on how you want to feel instead

When clear, step 3 – Craft your very own “I am …………”  as if it were already so

When stuff pops up that makes you feel bad, go back to step 1,

Then rinse and repeat for as long as it takes until this sequence becomes your new way of reacting to contrast. Toss in the occasional appreciation that there is contrast in the first place and that you have an emotional feedback that tells you when things are “on” or “off” for you and there you have the formula for coming out of any contrast that has been bothering you. With that personal training, you will no doubt leave states of victimhood behind – an experience to be gratful for, as it showed you what you want instead. Not only will you experience less and less feelings of being a victim, you will see more and more circumstances reflect your new chosen feeling. Pay attention to these new manifestations, and remember, the circumstances follow your energy, they are always a reflection.

I wish everyone attempting this good luck, persistence, and the understanding that with your deliberate thoughts combined with the emotional feedback, you will always have a way “out”. You may most definitely not be able to avoid contrast altogether, for that is not what this is for. It’s about knowing how to shift your own energy and experience after you gained the clarity of your preference that was born from the contrast in the first place. It’s always going to be a bit of to and fro …

And remember…… YOU are the creator of your reality!

Victim of Circumstance (part 2)

Awesome! You actually were curious enough to try to accept the unwanted “thing” in your life and I am hopeful that you felt some kind of relief in that. You are now ready, and perhaps even eager to see where part 2 of this story goes.

With the emotional feedback of relief, comes the understanding that you have let go of a layer of resistance. Should you feel the desire or spark to fight against the unwanted thing return, (and I’m almost certain that it will!) then simply go back to acceptance. It’s ok, it’s normal, and fighting what we don’t like is what society at large does on a daily basis. Like building up muscles, it takes time and repetition to train yourself into a different response when you encounter something unwanted.  Obviously, you may by now wonder where this is going to go. Enough of the amazing suspense. It’s probably going to be a bit of a let-down I imagine, after all this acceptance training.

Along with acceptance comes sometimes a fleeting thought that there has to be a reason for the experience of all these contrasting, unwanted things in life. I assure you, there is a reason! Every contrast is the birthplace of change. It’s the birthplace of expansion, of evolution, and of creation. It’s an important event that will bring a clearer understanding about what it is we are really wanting. Without the unwanted thing, we would never really be clear about our preferences. With the all too common pattern of victimhood, we experience always the same type of negative outcome throughout various different life experiences. After all, our reality will prove just how victimized we have become.

Imagine though what potential lies in such prolonged contrast? – It’s time to dream a bit – but don’t try to dream without feeling emotional feedback for your dreamy thoughts. If you could just wave a magic wand, at the core of this contrast, what would you like to feel instead? – Take your time, this is important. It’s probably something pretty removed from “the new car”, “the better lover”, “the successful job”, “more money” … Go deep into your own inner world and imagine what kind of feeling you would rather be feeling instead of feeling like a victim. – Some may choose freedom, others may choose health, others still only want to be loved and there may be many choices I can’t even imagine. There are as many choices as there are people, for each state of victimhood has its own “flavor” so to speak. When the emotional feedback is absolutely thrilling, exciting, and when good emotions flood your being, then you know you hit upon that which you would actually prefer to feel instead of victimhood. Before jumping right to that wonderful feeling, there are a few steps that may be needed. Again acknowledge and allow that you’ve been experiencing contrast up until now. Then say to yourself out loud: “The current experience does not suit me, it has shown me that I prefer something else, namely ……………………. ” (or similar words). That’s the intention for change. So far so good!

Careful, you’ve intended something wholeheartedly, that means your life is now delivering to you all the obstacles that may still be present, all the circumstances that allow you to learn to firm up this new choice. This is where a healthy portion of stubbornness is helpful. No matter if you land back in the old groove of the all too easily recognizable pattern of feeling like a victim, it’s just another chance to firm up your choice that you are ok with the old, but prefer the new. Keep intending it until you feel ever more comfortable with your new choice.

Once you feel reasonably comfortable, the time has come to do the thing that didn’t work before you accepted what was. A bold statement is needed to create a new identity. Try it on for size and speak out loud: “I AM …………….!”  (The “I am” part is very important, it helps you to identify with your new choice. – Words hold power!).

Let your voice resonate within your physical self. Let the energy of this new bold statement sink in. Then repeat it – but pay attention to how you feel after you voiced this statement. At first, it may feel like new shoes that have not yet been broken in. It should not feel like a total lie though. The feeling of lying to yourself comes only when you have not yet fully embraced the contrast. If that happens, it’s the indication to go back to part 1 of this blog – more training in the acceptance phase is then necessary.

(Following the flow of inspiration, this is as much as I am called to write today – apparently, there will be a part 3 coming soon. I hope you stay with it.)

Victim of Circumstance (part 1)

The focus and overt attention we give to something, be it positive or negative in our experiene, creates an energetic pattern that will bring more of the same into our experience. Cool! – now I have this “thing” in my experience I don’t want. I’ve experienced it over and over and obviously, I’ve complained about it and gotten used to focusing on it, so it shows up and greets me every day anew like that old pal I would love to ditch. Oh, I’ve tried to ditch it – believe me! I’ve tried to run from it, I’ve tried to fight it, I’ve struggled against it and resisted it with all my might, yet here it is again, day after day. The habit of focusing on it has created this seemingly endless pattern. A loop, where I revisit this “thing” and therefore experience it. It seems there’s no escape from it at all. So what’s the hype with positivity ? That stuff surely can’t make that monster I apparently have created (have I?) go away! I can’t just paint a smiley face on this and pretend it’s not there, since it keeps showing up. Perhaps I have been fated to experience this ugly monster day after day, it’s must be just my burden to carry – so my thought patterns. There it is – the ultimate thought that slipped in through the back door: “I’m a victim of circumstance!” – Of course I don’t know this ultimate thought in word form, but I feel its power. I feel it, yes it is true, look around – it’s everywhere, circumstances abound and they victimize me and keep me hostage! – The cycle has found it’s low point, or has it not?

If this scenario sounds remotely familiar, I have perhaps some news for you. First off, you are correct. You are experiencing yourself as a victim of the circumstances in your life. You have proof of that. It feels real. I get it. I can easily acknowledge this and nod. Yes indeed, it is so. However, the query does not end here! “Why is this experience the way it is and repeats itself over and over in variations?” That is a question that will have undoubtedly an answer akin to: “because I believe to be a victim of circumstance”. And there you have it…

Now on to the perhaps rather unconventional part of this scenario. You’ve tried to move on from this state, I’m sure you have. You’ve tried to escape, you’ve tried to meditate perhaps, you’ve tried that darn positive affirmation thing and it failed – You want to simply give up, flop over and let it all be, yet there’s that spark in you that fights again and again. Two things happen here. The fight against this brings more focus to it and therefore elicits more confirmatory experiences and it firms up the very belief you are trying to expunge. The other thing is this – the sense of having exhausted all your fight and all possible actions and the feeling of giving up is actually your source input trying to guide you toward the one thing that will bring you the relief you are seeking. Flop over – let it all be! – that’s the call of source!

Have you tried following that call yet? – If you have, you know where I’m going with this. If not, then I feel it may be time you did. Allowing is a magical thing. Allowing can heal so much. Allow that you have this core belief. (You are not alone, it’s a core belief you share with mass consciousness). Allow that things are as they are. Allow it like a farmer who just lost his crop to bad weather would sigh and accept. Shrug and say “oh well” – just for a moment. Let the relief that follows this acceptance flood through your very being. Let go of the fight, even if it seems counter-intuitive. Let go of the struggle that only creates more focus on the undesirable thing.

Don’t try to run from that, don’t try to immediately shift away, try to fully embrace that thing that caused you to feel victimized. Get me right, it’s not about forgiveness here. It’s about acceptance and nothing more. This is the first step. Give this step enough time to feel what it means to be in a state of acceptance of what is.

(Since there is need for time between the first and the following steps, part 2 of “Victim of Circumstance” will follow a bit later – stay tuned!)

The Divine Feminine and Masculine – What it Really Means

Ancient pasts that we may not be able to access through today’s history books have been read and interpreted by those able to tune into the Akasha Records. These records reveal that on Earth, humanity has lived through a number of cycles. I do not know for sure when the split into feminine vs masculine began, I reckon it was before paradise and the story of Eden if we follow the timeline of human history to go beyond that point in time. The energetic flow from patriarchial societal structures to matriarchial explorations and back to patriarchy and so forth has been a pendulum motion back and forth into the depths of either masculine or feminine dominance alternatively.

I am called to look upon this subject today in a slightly different manner. True, there are feminist voices out there who claim that it’s better to move more into a matriarchial society and so on. This has never resonated with me, despite being female and very often feeling the sting of that expression in the male dominated society I am living in. Universal truth is, as depicted in the yin/yang symbol, that there is a drop of masculine in a female and that drop feminine in a male – we all carry the potential for both sides.

Today’s tendencies of the young ones who come to show us this are those we call “transgender” or “gender fluid”. They very clearly demonstrate (even drastically so at times) that they can feel like one gender, yet be embodied in the other and feel very much out of place in the physical body and the physical world for that very reason. I recall personally, having wanted to be a boy for many years while growing up. Hell, I was one of the tallest people in my class as a teenager with 5’10” and dwarfed quite a few boys along the way. I didn’t only dwarf them with my physical stature, but noticeably with my sense of independency, clear aversion to anything that would tell me to submit to any authority, male or female, but especially male. This was matched with an intellect that helped me navigate the world successfully, despite the challenges I chose to be born into.

The result of such a “glorious” female incarnation could have easily lead to a feminist attitude and conviction, but it did not. I ended up suffering from being feared by both men and women and this trend seems to be ongoing. This alone is a sign that I myself have not managed yet to make peace with the tug-of-war that exists within me having chosen to send forth a predominantly male energy (power) to express it in a female body. In ancient times, I would probably have embodied this in the role of “warrior princess”, “amazone”, “shaman” or some such. Today, I have chosen to become a mother. A role that has challenged every little bit of me from the first breath of my firstborn. To complete the picture, I have two daughters and although my deep desire would have been to raise a male child due to a clearer understanding of what it means to be male, I know also full well, that these two children of mine have been the most challenging but deepest blessings at the same time, assisting me on my journey to not fall into the mistaken draw of feminism (male expression of the feminine side), but to begin a far more difficult journey. It is the journey to find balance between the predominantly male energies in this physical female form and mellow that power out with the more feminine attributes of nurturing, love, care, sympathy, and empathy.

This journey is of course ongoing and I have not a clue whether I will reach a point of balance in this lifetime. However, I do know that feminism in its true sense is nothing other than masculine energy attributed to females, by disavowing the feminine parts and becoming more masculine in the process and with that power bash masculinity in turn. (To each their own, this blog post is not about feminism in the first place.) It is my sincere desire that everyone find their journey’s meandering pathways in their own manner. To me, it has become very clear, that society’s development in principle is not about flip-flopping from patriarchy to matriarchy and back again to patriarchy and so on. Times for these extremes in duality have passed. It is time to find the commonality, the congruence and the beauty in the merger of these two energetic forces that seem to oppose each other yet complement each other beautifully and powerfully, when given the chance.

In order to see humanity develop into such a sense of equality of female and male energies and expressions requires individual journeys in which many individuals explore this subject within and find that (near) perfect balance in their own lives. It is no longer about “either/or” but rather about inclusion, integration, and about allowing that these energies complement each other in the most harmonious way possible within each individual, giving rise to the understanding of the inherent value of both sides and the even greater value of the combination of male and female energies. Those who resonate with these words have their work cut out for them and my heartfelt sympathy goes to all those with extreme courage to step onto this unchartered territory to carve out a new, peaceful path for equality within humanity. Thank you!

The Veil

There are many reports from fabulous points of perspectives, that speak of many a change on Earth. Especially changes in the universal energies, astrological placements, and so on. They are all fantastic markers on our individual journeys and usually find us just at the right time, when we’re ready to read the amazingly accurate wayshowers’ treatises. This is why occasionally, I feel drawn to participate and put my perception out there. The reason for doing so is always based on a nudge I receive from my source point. This nudge indicates that it is the right point in time to write it all up, even if there’s just one other person ready to read it. That means, someone must have asked for clarity about this subject I am about to share here today, and this asking has caused the information to flow into this more public space, ready to be found.

The veil of forgetfulness was (yes was!) a thing that was “mandatory” and in place for most incarnations before 2012. It activated at the moment of birth into physical and the veil usually closed all the way by about age 7. Some kids were able to keep it open through a few more years, but usually around puberty, it shut completely and erased all memory of non-physical. Occasionally, there was a child born without the veil, or only a slight veil. Those incarnations weren’t special or meant to be lifted out of the ordinary, although they were certainly not the norm.

This  veil had a purpose and it still does. It is part of the Law of Grace, which shields the human mind from overload and being overwhelmed with input. (The Law of Grace speaks of never getting more than one can handle.) However, the human mind, along with the human DNA is expanding, as is everything else in this universe and in the physical as well as non-physical experience. The human mind can comprehend and compute so much more today than it was able to just 50 years ago, for example, and certainly a huge amount more than 200 – 1000 years ago, and so on.

This natural evolutionary expansion has become the catalyst that has slowly begun thinning the veil. It is with utter joy and exaltation that humanity has reached a point where the veil is becoming optional. This means that those who are experiencing the desire to know their source point will experience the thinning of this veil. It also follows that the decision as to whether to incarnate with the veil in place, thinner, or not at all present, is now available as a choice prior to incarnating into a new body.

In the spirit of free will choice, individuals can stay in their vibrational frequency they are used to with the veil fully in place, the law of grace shielding them from too much information at all times, so that they can go about their lives as they have intended and are used to. However, if the desire is reached to know non-physical self (source) better, the veil will begin to thin out gradually. This means, information has a chance to penetrate your mind that previously may not have found an avenue or your comprehension. This can range from perceiving every day experiences more fully, colors more vividly, sounds more precisely to gleaning information about past lives, source intentions, “missions” and goals that are relevant to you at this point in time. It can also lead to gradual opening of extra-sensory perception channels that have until now been more or less dormant.  These are but a few of the potential results you may experience while your veil thins more and more. All in all, a thinning veil will certainly expand your range of perception and intensify your human experience while bringing exquisite clarity to you.

More and more of the newly incarnated young ones may prove to you that they know far more than you can imagine. They may eventually begin using words that express that expanded knowledge and it would then be easy to see that they have chosen to come with a thin veil or none at all. This is how humanity will evolve from being closed off from the awareness of non-physical to gain fully integrated awareness over time from one generation to the next.

The excitement that I feel while bringing this information into the language form is incredibly beautiful. Personally, having lived all along without the veil in place, I rejoice in seeing more and more of my fellow humans reach for non-physical in ways that are so beautiful. I happily offer to engage in conversation about this process.

Resisting Resistance

Our fantastic human brains respond very easily to the mass consciousness belief of “fighting against that which is bad”. Humanity has with loads of practice reached a place long ago, where that fighter spirit is the default and it responds to everything from the most insignificant subject to those subjects that impact nations and the earth itself. On my journey, I’ve spiraled into the experiential understanding that resistance is equal to focus (in intensity and duration). It is not only futile to resist, it’s actually counterproductive. While in the resistant state, we will never experience that which we want to experience in the amazing details we have conjured up due to the contrast we have experienced. In a state of resistance, that which has given rise to identify the preference is still being focused upon and the new cannot be experienced, as we are no vibrational match to it yet. Every process, every work plan we may have to edge away from resisting, for who wants to focus on the unwanted voluntarily, means only one thing – we have declared resistance to be the unwanted thing and are resisting it with that same fighter spirit that is humanity’s default still. It’s a double whammy at that point and it will always feel bad to be in such a state of double resistance.

Allowing resistance to be a part of our lives’ experiences takes practice. It takes letting go. It takes allowing the “negative” emotions to be there, it takes releasing any and all pushing against feeling bad. It takes embracing the emotion as a natural reminder that there is greater well being in store and more ease still to be had. The reminder, that for now, in that negative emotion, you’re just as healthy as you are in full bliss and vibrational alignment with your source point. It is natural to resist while physically focused. It is normal to feel bad because of the resistance and it is ultimately easy to allow the natural unfolding of that process without resisting resistance so much. The following words have helped me reach levels of allowing that are greater than those I allowed before:

“There is no place to get to, there is nothing to do. I am here, now, in the state I am in anyway and since that is where I am at, I trust it to be perfect for me. I allow it to be just as it is. I pay attention to the experience and deem it right and good. I put my boat into the stream of my own creation and float towards that which source has in store for me with ease and quiet curiosity.”

It is a calm state this state of allowing resistance to be what it is. In this calm, resistance dissolves all on its own. As my focus on it lessens, I experience more of my natural state of being, since source always allows everything unconditionally. Alignment is the inevitable consequence.

Racism

For years now I have kept my blog posts free of politics. Do not fear, this one will also be kept free of politics, even if the title potentially suggests otherwise. It seems to me that humanity has a chance these days to look at some core beliefs about race. From my point of view, these core beliefs about race are not only intimately linked to the color of one’s skin, or other physical features, but have a distinct patterning that affects an individual’s identity.

The reasons why any point of source would choose to incarnate in one particular physical expression over another are many. In essence it is always this: The chosen physical “look” matches 100% that which a source point has intended to experience. Period. It’s that simple. It’s perfection.

Racism is this trend that has been going on within humanity for a great number of years, thousands of years actually. There have been many cries for it to stop. The creation of a humanity who can peacefully co-exist in all facets of diversity has already happened in non-physical. It is possible to attract the changes that will ultimately allow this magnificent creation of such a humanity into physical expression. Any form of outward action (unless that makes you deliriously happy, then it’s your calling to jump into action) will only fuel racism, for racism begins within.

I am sorely aware, that this lifetime in this caucasian body doesn’t really give me much entitlement to even speak about racism, since it’s the white folks who have perpetrated so many racial “no-no-s”. It is interesting to note that my cell information of “caucasian” tells me that I am guilty of said perpetrated atrocities, even if my personal beliefs only speak of humans, regardless of skin color or otherwise distinguishing features. Yes, being in a caucasian body brings the filter of being guilty. That’s the moment where racism starts – right there. That’s where I am noticing a difference between those who are not of caucasian cell information vs. myself. This negative emotional feedback (in my case guilt) is a clear indication that the identification with “caucasian” holds a belief pattern that is a misalignment with source frequency. Source does not identify with skin color but only rejoices in diversity.

I look at racial patterning as something we come into an incarnation with. It doesn’t matter what our personal beliefs are, the cells hold a racial pattern that speaks of ancient experiences that have been going on for thousands of years. Depending on the diversity of your ancestry, there are numerous patterns that overlay and form a specific racial filter through which you can either simply experience your life (like a preset), or you can choose to evolve beyond it by consciously changing your own racial beliefs and implement those to form a different filter through which you experience your life.

You may wonder whether it is possible to affect the cellular memory by changing a belief pattern and I can easily confirm that you can. A belief is a thought you keep thinking. That which you look at is what registers as a thought. If you look at the racial issues that are being experienced in any part of the world, you will look at racism. If you look at racism, your own pattern of racism (yes we all have them still) will come to the fore. When that happens, and you become conscious of your racial patterning, relax for a moment. Relax into the presence of those patterns. They are an information on the cellular level that you have come into this body with. There is no need to fight them. In fact, if you want to see racism gone from humanity, start by focusing on loving acceptance of your own inner racial patterning. No matter whether that has the information of “victim” or “perpetrator” – it really doesn’t matter what the race is, or how you experience the patterning. What really matters is that you can find acceptance, and then self-love of that racial patterning by looking at yourself in a loving and accepting manner often (very often)…

If you do this practice often enough, and moving into acceptance rather than staying in racism seems to be a worthy cause to me, such acceptance becomes a pattern of its own. Then you are indeed a (r)evolutionary genius who is contributing to general acceptance of any race. I see the potential that if many many (did I say many!) people would busy themselves with such acceptance, racism will cease to be an experience on this planet. A goal that fills me with such joy that I cannot help but ask you all to give this some thought, and perhaps find acceptance of your own racial self, no matter the color, no matter the many ancestral points of origin. Ultimately, it’s all the same, just in many different facets that bring such diverse experiences. A joy to look at really!

Full Acceptance of What Is

It is a step outside the perception of linearity to fully accept and appreciate the current experience of now. By gaining the perspective that this current now experience is as much a valid and perfect creation of your reality as any of your many experiences, you will be able to treasure it much easier and cherish it as much as the next one that will flow into your experience as your new manifestation. The current now deserves the honor, respect and recognition of being the birthplace of the new now and all subsequent nows.

The New Normal

Lately I’ve had opportunity to ponder what it means to be normal. Mind you, I have not the faintest idea what being normal really entails or how it feels. Sure, I know what the word normal means, or how it is understood. (normal: conforming to a standard; usual, typical, or expected.) However, although I am practicing outward normal, accepted behaviors mostly, within, there’s always the understanding that it’s more of a survival skill than an actual belief or identity. There are pressures that seem to come from a society which sticks so heavily to “normal” as the standard of how a human being should be, should look, should behave, and how one should think or feel.

I take a good look at history and one thing becomes clear very swiftly. No-one – I really mean absolutely nobody – who has ever made a lasting impact and ended up in our history books has been “normal”. Instead, we have a long list of rogues, revolutionaries, people who dared to be different. People who dared to be extra-ordinary. People who had to put everything on the line to do what they came to do – to bring change, to enrich the world with their art, to enhance our understanding of science etc. The list of not so normal people in our histories is very long. We treasure those people, but mostly they are being revered only after their re-emergence into non-physical (or what normal people call death).

My question burns in my heart is this: Why can we as beings of the same human origin not allow for the joy of diversity? Why do we have to buy into the belief that “normal” is good, desirable, the way to be; when in actuality, it takes someone to defy the norms in order to do or be great. To be normal means to clip your wings, to put into hiding the very traits that make you individual, authentic, and special. To be normal means to be like everyone else and that to me is utterly impossible and frankly a bit boring.

In that light, I step outside of the norm and embrace the extra-ordinary. I love the diversity more than the normal. It is my preference. Fitting into society becomes less of a goal as I fit more and more into my own energy stream of who I really am. This does not mean that I don’t know how to behave in a civilized manner and I think I am actually able to offer a sense of normalcy at times to those around me. Within me, the glory comes from sticking to what and who I am, to fluidly change along with my expanding energies as they grow and change on a daily basis, sometimes even multiple times a day. To allow my understanding today to be one thing and tomorrow yet another, brings me into the flow that nothing needs to be normal, nothing needs to be standard, everything is in flux and everything is always evolving (yes, even normalcy is part of that evolution). When I hit this place where my own normal is this flow, I feel the joy as a response of alignment and I know that I have found a new (personal) normal that will never stagnate, never be static, and it often shifts so fast that it defies the very name of normal.

I let society be as it is, knowing that one day it will embrace the diversity of the many who dare to find their own new normal. In the meantime, if you are interested, give the joy of diversity a shot. Try to see the benefit of all that isn’t normal for a while and see how the old normal pales by comparison. Tempted?
