It is very easy to fathom how people change, when we visit with someone who has not been in our experience for a while. Sometimes, this change is drastic, sometimes, it’s more subtle. The nature of any human being is such that change and evolution is inevitable. Stagnation is simply impossible. This physical environment is the playground for countless contrasting experiences that propel us onward in our personal evolution and since everyone is a part of humanity at large, our changes ripple through the fabric of the universe and affect the whole.
These influences happen every single moment in time and we can gaze upon what was and either draw joy or grief from the past situations we are observing. What kind of emotional feedback we are getting depends entirely on how we choose to think about that past experience. Although it is understandable that any human being would dwell in the past sometimes, after a certain amount of time, it usually becomes uncomfortable to do so. This has but one reason. Source never looks back. Source always observes and holds the focus on the leading edge of all evolutionary processes and therefore, any time we choose to dwell in the past, we focus on something that source is no longer focused on. It is however very easy to figure out how to navigate through all our moments, memories, and dreams. Our emotional feedback will always guide us accurately and it is up to each one of us to decide how we wish to feel at any given moment in time. One thing is certain. Nobody is who they were just a moment ago and that is how it’s meant to be.
